Who operates Folkivo
Folkivo is operated by Xyncema Kreatif Studio, based in Bali, Indonesia. For privacy enquiries, use the email below.
Website features
Folkivo has no visitor accounts, checkout or connected contact form. Newsletter subscriptions and analytics are disabled. There is no active subscription or tracking service to opt into.
Search and external links
Site search runs in your browser using files served by Folkivo. It does not send your query to an external search provider. Opening a search URL that contains a query still sends that URL to the hosting systems. Merchant and source links lead to websites with their own privacy practices, including any referral or discount cookies they set.
Hosting and connection information
Folkivo is hosted on a Hostinger VPS. Loading a page sends connection information, such as an IP address and requested URL, to the systems serving it. The public web server has access logging enabled. Disabled analytics does not mean that hosting or security logs cannot exist.
Browser storage
The reader does not deliberately set visitor-identification cookies or save search history in browser storage. Your browser may cache page files. This notice does not cover the storage practices of websites reached through external links.
Log retention
Application and public access logs rotate according to configured size and file-count limits. Those limits do not establish a fixed deletion period in days. Hosting-provider records and full-server backups follow separate retention practices. Backups can contain logs present when the backup was created. Replacing a backup or rotating a log does not establish an exact deletion date for every provider-held copy. See the provider information linked below for its retention practices.
Questions about your information
Contact Alfa at the email below to ask about information you have provided to Folkivo, request a correction or request deletion. We may need enough information to identify the correspondence and verify that the request concerns you. Records still needed for an unresolved dispute or an applicable obligation are reviewed separately.
Email enquiries
If you email Folkivo, we use your address and message to respond. Alfa reviews Folkivo correspondence manually each month and deletes ordinary enquiries once they are 12 months past resolution. Specific records may be kept longer for an unresolved dispute or an applicable obligation, with the reason reviewed when the matter closes. This practice applies only to Folkivo correspondence. Email is handled through Gmail, separately from this website; deletion from the mailbox does not mean every provider backup is immediately erased. There is no automatic email deletion service on this website.
